Have a manuscript, source book, or other large project that doesn't quite fit our magazine? Need an extra set of eyes? Our chief editor, Gavin Fregeau, provides copyediting and proofreading services to help refine your project.

Copyediting
An in-depth, sentence by sentence, look at your project. The goal is to clarify your message while preserving your voice. You will also receive a thoughtful Edit Letter of in-depth analysis celebrating your strengths and noting your weaknesses with actionable feedback.
Copyediting involves:
checking for grammatical and spelling errors
pruning unnecessary words
correcting for style (APA, Chicago, In-House, etc.)
highlighting unclear or confusing rules
and more.
Proofreading
A word by word look at your project. Proofreading checks for spelling and grammar errors and is the last pass before the project is sent to print.
